I’ve tried it a couple of times and it always tell me there is a problem and can’t give me results.

Scan feature doesn’t work. Just keeps saying try again over and over.

**Developer response:** Hi! Thank you for your feedback. We would love to get more details about the issue you experienced, as our app currently offers two clear subscription options:

1) A 7-day completely free trial followed by the annual plan.
2) Or your first month for just $0.99, followed by the annual plan.

There should be no full upfront charge for the free trial, so we would like to understand what happened.

Additionally, we want to share some great news: card grading, which previously cost $9.99, is now completely free! If this was the feature you were trying to access, we invite you to test the app again.

It scans fast, recognizes the card right away, and shows reliable and up-to-date values. The app is simple, clean, and actually makes managing my collection easier. If you collect sports cards too, I recommend.
