Never understand why there’s an insistence to use an app for a web based service. Leave web pages as web pages, we don’t need apps for everything. ### 1/5 — Can’t login due to UI design *2021-10-09, version 2.7.7* Can’t login due to UI design. Input login details from iCloud passwords and the login button is unusable. Clicking on username and password input lines ends up selecting different sign in options above. Likely a scaling issue. Fix the app. Universities are paying good money to use your broken app for Alumni to use. ### 1/5 — Completely unusable *2021-04-29, version 2.6.5* There are far too many bugs and issues to list. We’ve been working with Graduway’s support team for years to try to get these resolved, but they’re incapable of fixing anything. The whole app needs a complete overhaul, preferably by someone who actually knows what they’re doing. ### 2/5 — It would be great - if it actually worked! *2020-01-18, version 1.9.2* After downloading the app, and uploading my info via LinkedIn, I tried to edit my page. I re-wrote sections of my profile only to find the app would not let me Save my changes. Why? It wouldn’t accept “San Francisco, California” as my Location. Huh??? So now I have a profile that I can’t really use or edit - all because of some bug around city location. The old Bucknell app worked fine until this change. Language is infantile and patronizing, while function is clunky and unreliable.
