When ordering through the app it does not let you redeem any rewards on your order

The app is so poorly made I was unable to order food. It got stuck trying to figure out which storefront I was at, so I manually typed in the address but even still there was so way to progress. I’m on a new iPhone version as well.

The food is great but the app can use a lot of work. If you click on a promo it goes full screen and can’t get out other than to force quit the app. Doesn’t seem to support resolutions bigger than iPhone 5 even though 6+ has been out for 3.5 years. Since the restaurant is much newer than that there is no excuse. (I know the app is outsourced but that isn’t a good enough excuse)
