Response asap otherwise you guys will lose customers day by day. ### 3/5 — Regarding connecting GP VTS with MY GP app *2019-03-02* Sorry as it is a long message: I have gp vts with my car. I do get the bill every month via sms and email. But the thing is i cannot tag this number with MY GP app or even i cannot know its current recharge update. The thing is i usually pay my bill through City Touch (City Bank Internet banking). But whether it actually recharged or not, i always remain in confusion till the next bill. Once it happened that my bill was not updated and hence my gp vts service was off. So the thing is, i use MY GP app with my personal mobile number to review my recharge status but with GP VTS number i don't have any way to verify. I know you can obviously help regarding this as you are THE GRAMEENPHONE. Nothing is impossible for you guys. So please again make me amazed with a solution. And if there is no current solution then you can implement this idea without any doubt. I believe all gp vts customers will be happy regarding it. An idea: if an active GP number/sim is required for verifying in MY GP app, maybe you can make a new field for VTS where customers can put their vts number and a sms will be sent to the authorized gp number which is tagged with the gp vts number. Everything takes so long to load and there are only a few options to see from. It’s difficult to see the location at a later time m.
