I had this years ago in 2021 and I did not renew it for a reason and this year I was charged $144 out of the blue with no warning. Please advise. I demand a refund. I was in grad school then & I don’t need it anymore and you can’t charge me without my permission. Still waiting for customer service to respond. Next step I will call the credit card.
