Ucretli versiyonu cok faydali ### 2/5 — Ad placement is thoughtless *2025-03-08* Of course, developers make money either through subscriptions or ads- that’s life. However, I think the placement of ads here is a bit thoughtless. Video ads will pop up shortly after you tap to read a brief “learn it” course explanation article. It would make more sense to serve ads at the end of or before a lesson, but shoehorning an ad while I’m trying to read explanatory text borders on rude and disrespectful. There’s also no expiration time for the ad, as in, if you close the help text and then immediately reopen it, it triggers another video ad, even though you just watched it seconds ago. Maybe a timer to prevent more ads for a certain period of time might make sense instead of knowing I’ll have to watch an ad every time I want to reference the help text. May as well take screenshots of it. I’m also unsure if it’s a fault of the app developer or the ads themselves being served, but the X to close the help text is in the same position as the “skip/close” button for the ad, the hit box for which is often difficult to select, so if you repeatedly tap to close the ad, you sometimes inadvertently close the article. Which, again, means you have you watch another ad. It’s too bad that they don’t offer a lifetime/pay-once option; I’d probably pay more to remove the ads permanently rather than subscribing, the content seems well written, it’s just littered with poorly placed ads. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback—we’re sorry the app didn’t meet your expectations. Es un complemento que merece la pena muchisimo. De hecho lo he pagado para tener el pro y no me arrepiento para nada! Vas al tema que quieras reforzar y repites ejercicios hasta que lo aprendes, tambien explican la teoria bien y ahora hay una AI que te explica por qué algo esta mal. Le cours complet vous demandera plusieurs années ! On trouvera des imperfections importantes car on se retrouve assez souvent avec des textes en anglais et aussi des leçons en allemand au lieu du français. Mais il y a un mais, un gros "mais" : l'appli bug parfois dans la partie exercices, on reste bloqué et il faut relancer l'application. On a des parties où les explications sont parfois en français, comme prévu, d'autres parties n'ont pas été traduites et restent en anglais. Avec l'application directement en ligne (navigateur Web) on se retrouve là aussi avec les explications en anglais et parfois en allemand. Dans ce dernier cas cela peut être un exercice de plus, mais pas pour tout le monde probablement. Enfin le dernier point que je trouve très déplaisant est le prix vraiment prohibitif pour cet outil qui n'est pas fini, loin de là. ### 5/5 — Very helpful! *2024-12-30, version 3.1.13* Even the free version is very helpful! Duolingo and Pringo only take you so far and while a tutor is great, the cost ads up quickly. So I been Supplementing the tutor, Duolingo, and Pringo with this app and it makes a world of differences. Learn the Concept and then practice them here. Then speak them w Pringo. That plus a vocabulary program AND reading German regularly will accelerate your German.
