## What is Gramoza?

Stand your phone up and Gramoza's coach watches your set. It counts every rep, scores your form and tells you out loud what to fix. It knows 46 moves, from squats to pull-ups, and runs 13 coached classes for home or the gym. Three coached sets a day are free, and Pro has no limit.

The wake-up alarm, on iOS 26 and later, rings like the Clock app, even on Silent, and won't stop until your mission is done: push-ups, squats or a plank counted by the camera, or a glass of water. The camera is read on your iPhone and never recorded or sent.

Snap your plate, a nutrition label or a barcode and it goes into your diary, free. Or describe a meal in your own words and AI finds the foods, with 3 free tries. You can also search 409 foods offline, and USDA and packaged foods online.

Each morning Today tells you how yesterday went, from what you ate to the weights to try next, and the AI coach can answer your questions. Set-up gives you calorie, protein, carb and fat targets, and after ten days of food and weigh-ins Gramoza offers a calorie target to match what you really burn. Targets are estimates, not medical advice.

Drinks have their own tab, with more than 200 drinks and their caffeine, sugar and calories. Me shows calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, caffeine and water on one dashboard, with a report on your week.

Lift is your gym log. Log workouts live with last time's numbers and the rest timer on your Lock Screen, and see your PRs, estimated 1RM and weekly volume. All 604 exercises have a studio photo of a woman or a man, your pick. There are 9 programs with deload weeks and 1RM, plate and warm-up calculators.

Your gym classes count too. Gramoza finds the ones you booked in your calendar, or you add them, and after each one it asks if you went. Tap Done and it counts, with its calories. Today and Me show what you burned, from Apple Health plus an estimate for anything it missed.

Find your gym on a map, with filters for women only, men only or mixed, and keep your membership card ready for the front desk. Training at home? Tell Gramoza your kit and see what to buy next, with a rough price in your own currency.

Gramoza speaks nine languages, and the coach can count and correct you in Arabic. On iPhone Duo, stand it like a tent or set it down like a laptop and the coach offers the right move. There are widgets, Siri and Apple Watch workouts.

Your diary and training log stay on your devices. Apple Health and iCloud sync are off until you turn them on, there are no ads or analytics, and no account is needed. Your location and calendar never reach our servers, and the AI features ask first and send only what each one needs.

Free has the full gym log and diary, photo, label and barcode scans, the alarm, drinks, your gym classes, My gym, 400+ recipes and the daily brief, plus 3 coached sets a day, the Morning wake-up class, 3 AI meal logs, 1 AI form review, a weekly AI brief and 3 questions for the AI coach, Day 1 of your plan, 2 programs and 90 days of charts.

Pro adds every coached class, unlimited coached sets, AI meal logs up to 30 a day, AI briefs morning and evening with up to 30 questions a day, 5 AI form reviews a month, your full plan, all 9 programs, next-weight suggestions, every meal plan and all-time charts. Pro Coach is everything in Pro with 30 AI form reviews a month.

Pro is $39.99 a year with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers, or $9.99 a month. Pro Coach is $79.99 a year or $12.99 a month. These are US prices, and your local price is shown before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; renewal is charged within those last 24 hours. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 3.0.0 — 2026-10-30

Gramoza 3.0 is a fresh start, with a new dark green look, real photographs and five tabs: Today, Coach, Food, Drinks and Lift.

The coach on Today now talks in your own numbers. Each morning it tells you how yesterday went, what you lifted and the weights and reps to try next, and each evening it sums up your day. It can read it out loud, and if you turn on the AI coach, you can ask it questions.

Set-up now works out calorie, protein, carb and fat targets for you, and it asks what you use Gramoza for, so Today puts food or training first. After ten days of food and weigh-ins, Gramoza offers a calorie target that matches what you really burn, and protein can follow your training if you like.

Drinks have their own tab, with more than 200 drinks and their caffeine, sugar and calories. Me shows everything you ate and drank on one dashboard, with a report on your week.

Your gym classes count now. Gramoza finds the classes you booked in your calendar, asks after each one if you went, and counts it with its calories. The calories you burned show on Today and Me, and the classes you did can go into Apple Health as workouts.

You can find your gym on a map, with women only, men only and mixed filters, and keep your membership in Gramoza, with a reminder before it renews and your card ready at the front desk. If you train at home, tell Gramoza your kit and see what to buy next, with a rough price in your own currency.

Gramoza now speaks nine languages: English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Korean. When Gramoza is in Arabic, the coach counts and corrects you in Arabic too. The photos follow your pick of a man or a woman.

There's more. A coached set now pauses when a call comes in, and a friend can film your set with the back camera. On iPhone Duo, the coach offers the right move when you set the phone down like a tent or a laptop. There are new widgets for your next alarm and Quick start, and Gramoza buttons in Control Center. And tapping a Gramoza notification while the app was closed no longer closes it.

### 2.0.0 — 2026-10-14

Gramoza 2.0 is a whole new app.

The biggest thing is the camera coach. Stand your phone up and it counts your reps, scores your form and tells you what to fix, out loud, in 46 moves. You can pick a female or a male voice.

There are guided classes for home and the gym now, 5 to 12 minutes each, and a 28-day push-up path with lessons you can listen to.

The wake-up alarm is new too (iOS 26). It rings like the Clock app, even on Silent, and stops when your mission is done. That's push-ups, squats or a plank counted by the camera on your iPhone, or a glass of water. The camera is never recorded.

And meet Gramo, the gym buddy you raise. Your training, food and water fill his energy and send him on trips for postcards and coins. Spend the coins on outfits, gear and decor for his room, and move into a garage or a rooftop gym as you level up.

Also in this update:
• Your crew in the park, a spot for every win and a weekly league
• A new look on every screen, with a daily list built for you, a morning check-in, a journal, a weekly recap and Holiday mode
• Water and fasting, 400+ recipes for 16 diets, weekly meal plans and a grocery list

• More is free now: every scan, estimated 1RM and weekly volume, 2 programs, 90 days of charts, and every past day and workout always open
