## What is Granby BJJ Seminar?

The focus of this apps is on finishing the triangle choke from the guard.

The majority of the seminar focused on properly positioning your body, proper mechanics, and a ton of important details. The combination of all three of these will lead you to develop great skill and finesse with this phenomenal submission.

I started my journey with the triangle choke when I was a purple belt. And, I found that this submission was the antidote to the big and strong wrestlers who were starting to join our academy. While it was very difficult for us white, blue, and purple belts to put these wrestlers onto their backs and keep them there, I discovered that the triangle choke was one of three submissions they were repeatedly vulnerable to in sparring. So, with a limited amount of success, I determined to focus the majority of my training on this one submission - and it paid off handsomely!

So, if you are looking for a submission to focus on for a period of several months, and if you’d like to learn the training methods I used to become very successful with the triangle choke, then this app has your name written all over it.
