Everything about this app is slow, clunky, 5 years behind, and looks aweful. I cannot use my account because it won't accept my card details even though it's all entered perfectly. It takes 5 minutes to load pages, and the browsing section is set up horribly. Please do not waste your time with this dumpster fire of an "app"

I’ve tried so many times to use this app to book a movie. I only have it because I signed up for their rewards program. Honestly I just book through Atom now. I don’t know why it’s so hard to use (literally no movie times populate, trying to book anything feels like you’re using 1990’s dialup)

Tried to purchase advanced tickets on the app and the tickets never showed up in the app. I could see where the money was in pending from my checking account. Money came out of my checking for the tickets I purchased a couple days later and still didn’t have the tickets on the app. I sent 2 different messages from the mobile app to try to resolve the problem and was never contacted about it.

This is a horrible app. There are so many error messages, with each attempt to add a credit card or do just about anything else.  I wanted to renew my Reel Rewards, but nope that doesn’t work. I wanted to see a calendar for your Flashback Cinemas, but nope can’t find it in the app.  I wanted to add my Reel Rewards account to my iPhone Wallet, but no, I can’t do that either.
