The latest upgrade means you can no longer play completed hotels. This decision has removed the final easy (albeit time consuming) way to accrue gems and aids. Now your only option is to play a failing level over and over in your current hotel or spend money. Greed from the developers has destroyed a fun game. Unfortunately lately even tho I am on the latest version of it when I play premium and unique hotels it usually always force closes it self no matter what I do. Also in Royal flower no customers spawning almost every 3rd game. Getting really tired of that. ### 1/5 — Not worth playing now *2026-08-25, version 4.20.0* Since you have changed being able to play previous hotels to earn diamonds to upgrade the new hotel it is to time consuming to wait for daily rewards to even progress!!! I’ve been playing for years but no more. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — How does this have 4 stars? *2026-08-25, version 4.20.0* Waaay too expensive to play this game. Literally impossible to win some levels without boosts which are costly. The latest update however has caused me to delete the game forever. Now I can no longer go back and play games I’ve finished (done the original 80 levels so that I can move on). This was how I could slowly gain crystals without going broke. I will definitely pay on occasion but now being able to play the easier game for a meager one or two crystals means I have no way of completing the current hotel at all. I hope you lose a lot of players until you fix this. I’ll spend $5 or $10 bucks on occasion but hey meet me halfway and let me play the old hotels that I actually enjoy! ### 1/5 — Glitches *2026-08-24, version 4.20.0* This game is great except it keeps glitching. It’s always been so fun and runs perfectly. Ads weren’t horrible, however now in order to upgrade items within your hotel you have to spend coins and diamonds. You only can earn a small amount of diamonds (like 2 here and there when you might need 10 or you can watch ads but still it’s not consistent or enough) unless you buy them. Since you can’t upgrade your hotel you can’t win the levels unless you buy diamonds.
