Please provide additional ways to earn crystals and money, as they’re critically lacking! The game is fun to play, but even when you buy upgrades,many still don’t earn enough to complete one hotel. It’s unrealistic. Consider adding this option in this update. Otherwise, spending tons of money just gets tiresome… I downloaded the game to play, not to spend tons of money. I understand that you can buy something here and there, but not constantly and not in every hotel. Currently, crystals and other bonuses can be obtained through levels, daily rewards, videos, competitions, mini-games, Bank tasks, and inviting friends. But these “reward” don’t give you near enough to keep playing. It seems they are actively trying to make it more difficult to actually play the game. The game has not changed but the reward structure has changed. You do not get money or diamonds every day anymore unless it’s the 5th day you’ve claimed a reward. You cannot play past levels to earn perks (instant room cleaning, happiness, etc). They haven’t created a new island game which also helped give rewards for 6+ months now. I still love the game but am close to deleting the app the more they change it! DO BETTER. You can’t go back and play the old hotels and you don’t even get to finish a level because of the speed finish and what happened to getting a reward each day ### 1/5 — Disappointment *2026-09-01, version 4.20.1* I played this years ago and it used to be really good but this time cannot get past level 33 no matter how hard you try as no gems. It used to be fun AND relaxing. For a year or more it has become more about spending real money if you want to advance at all. Now, with the latest update they have made it so you cannot go back and play your completed hotels at all. Basically this makes you have to spend REAL money to purchase gems to buy power-ups to complete levels. Or, buy gems to purchase upgrades for the premium or unique hotels. Therefore, I am removing my previous review and updating. It is unfortunate that greed ruins everything. Once the update was complete, it would no longer allow me to open/play any prior hotels. I enjoyed some of the earlier hotels and played them from time to time. But now when I click to open a previous hotel, I receive a message that says I’ve already finished all 80 levels. Unfortunately this game has gotten progressively harder over the years to obtain points/gems so playing those earlier hotels for fun kept me coming back. The latest upgrade means you can no longer play completed hotels. This decision has removed the final easy (albeit time consuming) way to accrue gems and aids.
