Almost a slap in the face. I understand pushing players to pay for stuff but outright not letting them get the basic rewards to level up without paying is absurd. However, there are so many instances of glitches (game freezes or unable to select a unit to attack) that it takes away from playability. Will not continue playing this game until the issues have been resolved. I recommend not downloading this app until an update has been released. ### 2/5 — Poor customer support *2024-11-28* I’ve played this game for well over 6 months with absolutely ZERO contact from the devs! I’ve asked for tech support because the game is not updating or giving me the daily or weekly completion rewards and has not done so for a long time. I do not have Discord nor will I use it for this game or any within the genre from this developer. Every one of the games in this series have the same problem. I’ve removed the apps, deleted and restarted the apps and still have the same problem. I’ve asked for Napoleon’s gift and received nothing. If the devs use Facebook as a means of communicating updates and promotional content, then they should be able to respond to simple requests for support. I’ve even tried submitting tech support requests directly to them through the App Store and on their website. Abysmal customer service and support!
