Your only 2 options are to view your statement and set up autopay. That’s literally it. No data, no usage, no notifications for maintenance breaks. Nothing.

Horrible App. You must log in each use. It will not store any payment data, so you cannot pay your bill easily. Just 100% crap…

How does a company this big, with this much money, end up developing such a garbage app?! I’m just looking for a fast easy way to pay my bill every month, THIS IS NOT IT!

It won’t save any of my bank account information, unless I sign up for automatic payments. And I’m not letting you put your grubby little hands in my bank account whenever you want for as much as you want. 

And for some reason it won’t let me “copy and paste” my bank info into the required fields. Dont try and say that its my phones the problem, If you created an app that doesn’t interface with an iPhone, then you’re just ....!

I guess it’s back to the counter for me and paying in person, maybe I really need to rethink who provides my Internet. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and you can’t provide an easy way to pay online. Absolutely pathetic!

Never recognizes my password and I have to change it every time I log in which requires your account number.  Now it no longer recognizes my security questions so I can’t log in at all!  I just want a hassle free way to pay my bill please!!!

I downloaded this app just to be able to track the internet outage that is affecting my ability to do my job, but all it wants to show me is the amount I owe on a future bill.
