There are almost 100 trails and sites to explore Praz de Lys Sommand and the villages of Taninges and Mieussy, at the heart of the Giffre Mountains. Hiking, trail-running, mountain biking, cycling, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, horse-riding, fishing, all at your own pace!
