If you really want people you choose grandiose then emphasize of fair pricing, and customer requests. This is not the grandiose I used to know. Additionally, when the minimum order amount rose from 30 to 40, by 25%, we all respected that; however, an increase from 30 to 80 is truly unbelievable. You just lost a loyal customer. I often visit to buy snacks, dry fruits, pastries, drinks, and even flowers for office occasions. On my last visit, a staff member (possibly the manager) asked me: “Why do you keep coming if you don’t purchase?” This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make it worse, he compared my visits to someone coming to my workplace without buying anything—an insulting and irrelevant comparison. Later he even said: “Ok, now you purchase, no problem,” as if my value as a customer only exists when I spend money. As a marketing professional, I can confidently say this behavior destroys customer trust and damages the brand. A supermarket should welcome customers, not humiliate them for simply visiting. The first issue was handled very well and the in-store staff esp. the ladies are just amazing!! but the second time, Sufiyan at Reem Park showed no empathy and dismissed my concern, saying it should’ve been reported on the same day. I buy in bulk, so that’s not always possible. It’s not the 4AED I’m concerned about, it’s about accountability and treating customers with respect. Empathy matters!! I was trying to order regular white sliced bread and there were no options in any way that I tried and then I got suggestions of cheese and nuggets etc when I was searching for bread .
