Therefore a worthless app. Very disappointed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2024-06-22* Followed a few people racing. All of their trackers were off. Mostly displaying them completing a race when in fact they were still miles away from finish. ### 1/5 — Barely Functional *2023-06-17* Most races will have a web site tracker. Grandma’s forces you to download the app. It’s barely one step above phoning people in Duluth asking if they’ve seen your runner pass by. The estimated progress is nowhere near accurate. Very few split stations. No leaderboard. Don’t remove rogue chips from results. Splits are late - not even sure how that’s possible in 2023. Trying to follow a potential qualifier and I’m guessing he calls me before his result pops up. ### 1/5 — Not helpful on race day *2023-06-17* Easy to navigate but actual tracking is significantly off. We were very nervous that our daughter who had trained well and was her 4th marathon was injured because she was pacing 2 minutes slower than her actual pace. Having said that.... it was a great app for the updates and for being ready to cheer her on near the finish line!
