Thanks for the blindfold on my finances Grandview! ### 1/5 — Difficult to regain access to your account *2022-08-18* When trying to login for the first time, I kept getting errors that it didn’t recognize the info. So I had to call. Got walked through and now have to use a long number for a username which can’t be changed. Now that I’m logged in, no account shows up and the apps says “can’t retrieve account info”…..literally the apps whole existence is to “retrieve account information.” 😳 When rolling out new programs/tools, companies should really test it out better.
