Running around in circles and entering personal information multiple times to recover forgotten password. I hate this. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t save payment info? *2021-04-16, version 1.0.68* Is this 2002??? ### 1/5 — Make it easy to pay your bill *2021-02-28, version 1.0.66* Your insurance company is quick to cancel policy’s but should be quicker and easier to take my payment. Smart phones and apps everyone has but making them easy to work is a different thing all together. When I bill someone I make sure I offer very easy ways to my invoice. I just don’t hand them a bill and walk away then tell them it’s their problem to figure out how to pay it or I will cancel my services. It is 2021 and no one mails checks anymore. I don’t even know where my checkbook is anymore and that is how often I use it. My car insurance remembers my credit card and gives me the amount due. Always get stuck at login. If it does connect, incredibly slow. Also, it appears that the app has to download new data every time it is opened.....this is a 60 second or more exercise. That is a longtime to make an officer wait for proof of insurance. Fix those and I will give you 5 stars. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with touch-id *2020-08-29, version 1.0.61* App just keep trying to log-in flashing on my screen. I can see in the background behind the touch-id icon that it will not take my password. That password works in my computers browser. Update: I just now deleted the app from my iphone and shutdown my iphone. Started the phone back up and reloaded the app. It took a while, but the app now works with my login. ### 2/5 — Needs significant improvements for payments *2020-08-01, version 1.0.59* I can’t believe how difficult you make it take my money. My personal information didn’t save in your app so I had to enter it multiple times when attempting to pay. Then I couldn’t remember the full nor partial amount that I owed, so I had to go back to the billing screen, since it wasn’t located on the page where it’s asking how much I want to pay. Lastly, by the time I got to the confirmation page and agreed, an error message popped up stating that my middle initial could only be one character, but it didn’t indicate where that error was, so I had to do everything again, fix the problem where I thought it was (name on credit card), just to have the error come up again. So, after 3 attempts to give you money, I just decided to go to the website. The purpose of the app is meant to provide easy and simplified access to all aspects of an individuals account. For improvement, at least to the payment portion of the app: - if information is incorrect on a page, it should be noted on that page, before being able to proceed to the next page - list the minimum and total billable amounts on the credit card information page, so that it’s easily viewable without having to go back to another page - after entering differing information on the personal information page (address and phone number), it should be saved once you proceed to the next page ### 2/5 — Slow, Buggy, not good *2020-07-02, version 1.0.58* This app is so clunky... it’s easier, but still painful, to just go to the actual website ### 1/5 — Can’t choose Security questions *2020-06-10, version 1.0.57* I keep trying today eat up my account and the security questions pull down menu is blank. Geico was better. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-04-09, version 2.0.004* I am unable to even register with the app because my policy number is 6 digits longer than allowed. It did find policies when I used a condensed version of the policy number but the rest of my details didn’t match apparently so I have no idea whose account I was attempting to connect to. This app needs a serious review and if these reviews are seen by anyone (which I can see they have been) it seems they don’t care enough to actually improve it. Of course, we all know that insurance companies hate it when money leaves them instead of towards them so I doubt they care enough to do anything to help their customers by making the app easy and streamlined for its customers. Call me cynical if you please. ### 1/5 — They charged $1 for the app?!? *2023-07-06, version 1.0.89* They charged me $1 for the app without any indication before I installed it?!? ### 1/5 — Insanity *2023-01-26, version 1.0.87* I changed my email, which was my login, and now when I try to log in from the app, it gets stuck in a loop with my face ID auto inputting the wrong email and telling me it’s wrong without letting me correct it. ### 1/5 — This app is crap *2022-10-22, version 1.0.86* App bill pay needs complete overhaul. ### 1/5 — Avoid this company *2022-06-28, version 1.0.83* For whatever reason my payment didn’t go through so my policy was canceled with no warning and no warning that payment didn’t go through in the first place. So I called to see if I could fix it they told me yes with x amount it would be reinstated with no lapse in coverage well a few weeks to by and my policy is still canceled so I call back again to be told well we now need x amount to reinstate your policy ok so why wasn’t I told that the first time I called?! They never give any notices for anything and cancel without warning. I paid the amount I was told I had to to get my policy back and now can’t get it refunded since I was lied to and they need more money and more fees. I will not be reinstating with them and advise anyone else to look elsewhere! Pay the extra and just go somewhere else because this company is a rip off and scam. All of the basics are in the app; user profile info, claims information, contact numbers for roadside assistance, etc. When used in conjunction with the website, the experience has been pretty seamless. ### 5/5 — So easy to use *2018-01-18, version 1.0.27* This app is so convenient and easy to use! Login difficulties are common, slow & glitchy performance, can’t change payment date when paying, freezes regularly...I assume they did this on the cheap & developed this app internally.
