Contacted support snd have followed their instructions. Nothing has worked to remedy the issue. We were ignored and waited for bar staff to notice us standing/waiting to be seated. There were 2 tables in the bar and a couple sitting at the bar so not overwhelmingly busy. Over 2 hours later and after asking for our check multiple times we finally got our bill, paid it and left. Multiple groups arrived and left while we sat waiting. We have been patrons of GC for over 20 years starting in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The last time I used this app, we never got our food, even though the app said it was delivered. When I called the restaurant after the app claimed my order was delivered, they told me there was nothing they could do because the delivery was through DoorDash/Grubhub/Uber eats, with no way to contact them. Not only was the customer service terrible, we never got our food.
