I re-enable it and it works for a brief period but then it gets disabled. It's such a pain I rarely use the app as a result. ### 3/5 — This app still needs work *2026-03-19* The issue where the app forgets biometrics still has not been fixed. For a while every time I wanted to do a transfer the app would crash. I signed into the app and it asked me to verify my information. Once I did, it kicked me out of the app. Guys what’s the point of a mobile app if I end up needing to just use the website anyway? ### 3/5 — Face ID is a problem. *2025-08-21* App is pretty good except for the fact that it is constantly turning off Face ID. I turn it on in the settings and after working once or twice, it turns itself off again. This is very frustrating because I then have to manually find the password I use for the bank about 50% of the time. Fix this! ### 3/5 — App OK But Disables FaceID *2025-07-19, version 24.2.50* The app works ok, does what you want a basic online banking app to do. Unfortunately, the app frequently disables FaceID, requiring me to sign in with a username and password followed by a code sent by SMS - not very secure indeed. I can re-enable FaceID once in the app and it will work a few times thereafter but at some point FaceID gets turned off. It seems to occur anytime the app is updated. ### 2/5 — ? *2025-02-07* It usually works great, but for the past couple weeks, I have had so many issues trying to make deposits. If it continues, I’ll give you a call. ### 4/5 — Great ap with one exception *2023-07-02* I have cars use notifications set up for my card and my children, every once in a while it stops sending the notifications. Not a huge issue, but I have this in place to monitor for fraud for my kids especially. I have to restart the app to get it to work. Instead, it feels like I have to pay to use the app with either a pop up or a review. Not a big deal till you are on your third time trying to access you accounts. I have an IPhone that stores my passwords should I ask it to, but somehow just the ones for my GSCU will be spontaneously deleted from my password saver. Luckily, I have an old fashioned Rolodex I keep in a safe that has my login info written down in case my phone fails. But it is ONLY for this app that it happens, which leads me to believe it’s a bug or incidental trigger within the GSCU app. It’s only been a big problem once when I was away for a weekend and could not access my accounts or call the bank for any of my account info. ### 5/5 — Love mobility *2022-05-12* Most times this app works for me, but… when I need it most it sometimes fails. ### 5/5 — When you need to transfer money from one account to another this step is a blessing. *2020-11-22* We are always running close to the edge. So when something is pending it’s great to be able to move an amount from savings to checking. I’m trying to avoid overdrafts. We live check to check. I save money for rainy days and use it sparingly. Everything costs too much for what it is worth these days.
