The foods are not representing what was advertised for.

Tried couple of times but was not able to register. Ether the otp won’t send to my email or not valid.

It is not possible to modify the order, have to cancel order and restart again which is very time consuming.
Also it’s good to add some info on how the catering works, delivery fees, schedules.
When the order is submitted, it disappears and not able to see the order anymore.
The customer support doesn’t work.
Regardless of the app improvement, the meals are great…very delicious and delivery is on time. 5 star for the food and delivery.

Beautiful Persian food and more , game changer in the food space . Service is super efficient,  my go to on Fridays!!!

Can you imagine that you seat on your love seat and choose your favorite homemade food from hundreds menu of the many different nationalities. Finally pay your bill easily and deliver your food at your home.
For me order homemade healthy food from Grannymeal was great experience.
