Grant took money directly from my bank account, but is now claiming that I still owe them money. I have transaction records showing the money was already taken from my account, yet their system continues to show an outstanding balance. I contacted customer service to get this corrected, but I have not received a clear explanation showing exactly how they calculated what I supposedly still owe. If you use Grant, keep screenshots and bank statements of every advance, repayment, and withdrawal. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled and want Grant to provide an itemized accounting of every dollar they took from my account and explain why they claim I still have a balance ### 1/5 — Helped me but also don’t be late *2026-08-19, version 2.66.0* Yeah l, these guys helped me when I needed it but DO NOT BE LATE. For the last two days they have tried to charge my prepaid card almost 40 times! While I appreciate the help for the 4 days I had the loan, constantly running my card all day long is pretty aggressive. Not to mention I do gig work so every time money hit my account here comes grant and puts my account back at zero.
