### 1/5 — Unable to Connect

*2021-04-08, version 1.5.0*

Love the concept, yet I can’t forgive the countless hours troubleshooting and chasing down threads online to use this app. Please issue a refund and fix or add more info for your users.

### 1/5 — so disappointed, lost 6 bucks, boo

*2020-07-29, version 1.0.3*

I want a better way to get started using graph databases. From looking at the description and screenshots I thought this would be like a data-aware Visio or Popplet. No. Not at all. This app seems to expect me to go set up some kind of server first. Really, not kidding.

If neo4j and all its interfaces were not so horky trying to get started, wow, but this app is literally no help at all.

And it appears to have been last touched by the developer way back before iPads came out because its interface is a forced-portrait tiny phone rectangle in the middle of your iPad.

**Developer response:** I'm sorry if it was not clear that this is an iPhone client to connect to a Neo4j database. That database could either be a self-hosted one or a cloud-hosted instance.

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work

*2020-07-28, version 1.0.3*

Not currently working.

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for reporting. Would you mind getting in touch so we can get it working for you? I'd love to help you make it work great for you :-)

### 3/5 — 🚧 Connection issues

*2019-02-03, version 1.0.3*

Excited about the potential.

Could not validate connection.
(PackStream.UnpackError error 0)

**Developer response:** Hi, please get in touch so I can help you get connected.

### 5/5 — Works excellent

*2018-04-15, version 1.0.2*

Works excellent

**Developer response:** Thank you :-)
