FlowLab - Technique building is now smarter: position and submission pickers default to graph-valid next steps from your current chain. - Added a toggle so you can switch between suggested next steps and the full catalog. - Added warnings for unrecognized gaps in a technique chain without blocking saving. - Technique lists in FlowLab and Vault now open the detail page first instead of jumping straight into editing. - Added a new technique button directly from the Atlas Techniques browser. - Fixed technique chain labels so anchors show the actual position/submission names, not step instructions. Atlas & Learning Content - Expanded the knowledge graph to 152 positions, 304 perspectives, 126 submissions, 4,790 transitions, and 3,915 position-submission links. - Added new positions: Cross-Body Ride, Spider Web, Crackhead Control, Hammerlock Control, and Leg Weave. - Added new submissions: Cravat Crank, Full Nelson, Locoplata, and Short Arm Scissors. - Improved many existing position and submission entries, including guard, leg-entanglement, choke, crank, and inversion content. - Removed an inaccurate Bicycle Choke entry and its references. - Fixed an invalid Closed Guard to Arm Triangle transition. Position & Submission Details - Position pages now show clearer tactical snapshots: base structure, control target, tactical focus, and weight/pressure cues. - Added anatomy-style target visuals for positions and submissions. - Added defensive frame cards so survival structures are easier to scan. - Clarified opponent threat breakdowns with more honest “why this is dangerous” explanations. - Cleaned up duplicated dominance/control-depth information on position pages. - Submission pages now present target area, ruleset, risk, and description more clearly. Training - Partner and coach profiles now support richer context: relative size, strength, experience, flexibility, gender, play style, training intent, roll intensity comfort, home gym, and first trained date.
