They used to be good and reliable and able to actually answer questions, however, the last few months the customer service has been GARBAGE. The drivers are great, but whoever is on the other side of the app answering the chats are either not trained properly, or are just careless. Nothing is communicated properly and even when specific questions are asked, they can’t seem to answer them. I’ve never had so many issues before with this company. The customer service representatives, alone, make me not want to order through this company anymore. ### 1/5 — Terrible delivery time. *2022-11-24, version 3.17* I’ve been using this app and it’s been good up until now. I ordered at 7 pm the night before the delivery was scheduled. It was busy so they couldn’t offer the asap option so I selected 2:30 - 4:30 for the next day. They must have taken too many orders because it’s 6:20 and it still has not been delivered. I got a text at 4:00 that the order was being packed but not yet on its way. Then got a text that the time changed to 6:18. I have dinner plans so I will not be able wait for it any longer. I already paid for it so I hope to get a refund. This is very poor service. I’ve waited around at my home from 2:30 on and I had plenty to do. I’ve been a longtime customer and normally pay cash, however today I did not have cash and so I decided to pay on the website with my debit card. It ran the purchase through without giving me an option to tip my driver!!! I contacted customer support and they informed me that they couldn’t add in a tip. What?!?!? This company has chosen not to support their drivers or their customers. Why? Too cheap to have a normal checkout with the capability of tipping the drivers? Gas is so expensive you would think they would do it just to support their drivers getting tips!! Many people do not carry cash anymore and rely on tipping as they check out. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-09-22* At first the app was decent but over time it became overpriced and “lazy” is you pay to have it delivered faster it’s almost always comes later then the free times as well as the credits you can only use 25 an order and if you use the credit beware it will lower the price some but if your item is 30$ which is the minimum and you use the credit it makes you add more to the order till it’s back at 30 making the credits usless big scam beware!!!!! ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app ! Unprofessional *2023-08-17* Very unprofessional! Give you a arrival time and when they are late don’t let you know ! Until you call in ! Then want to give you a credit $15 after I spent $48 and waited all day ! Still waiting and all they say is they’re sorry !!! But no courtesy call !!! I will never order high prices !!! Sadly this one, and the team running it, and deliveries, simply are not capable of it. The past 4 delivery requests ALL required my proactive engagement with support in order to receive ANY update on the status of my orders that were each over an hour late. This last order, placed at 7:30pm, which was promised delivery in 90 minutes was ignored for over 2 hours with no engagement, no confirmation, no update. It wasn’t until i reached out for a 3rd time on this same order that i received any delivery expectation. It now shows “expected” delivery around 11pm. 3.5 HOURS later. **Developer response:** Hey Dave Rogers, We are so sorry to hear about the long delivery times that you experienced.
