Maar tegenwoordig lijkt de koppeling met de categorieën telkens verdwenen en moet ik steeds mijn uitgaven terug koppelen aan de categorieën. Jammer. ### 2/5 — Lacks importing files with e.g. credit card transactions *2023-11-02, version 3.30* I had read good reviews about this app, and it looked interesting, so I decided to give it a try. In order to test the automatic data loads, I had to buy a subscription, which I did for a year. The bank interface worked well and many transactions were automatically categorized. I was able to customize categories and the reports I could get out were sufficient for my needs. I tested it for a few hours last weekend, but I couldn't find how to load a CSV or Excel file, and I didn't find a user manual and there is very little on line support. So I contacted them to figure out how to do that. The answer was that that is not possible....Now that is a major problem. My credit card transactions are twice the amount we spend on food and they are diverse and numorous. So, manually loading all transactions manually one by one is not an option for me. So, I decided to cancel the subscription, but that is not possible. I contacted them twice, but the answer was that I should not have signed up for a year and should have gone for a montly subscription. Indeed, I wish I had done that, but as the site stated that the first month was for free, I assumed that I could cancel within that month if needed. If loading CSV files would be possible, I could have given it 4 stars, but now I can't use it as is for my needs. ### 2/5 — Uodate geeft problemen. *2023-10-11, version 3.29* Update geeft problemen. Het zou fijn zijn om in het maandelijkse overzicht te kunnen zien welke uitgaven niet onder gebudgetteerde uitgaven vallen, om ze hetzij te kunnen toewijzen aan een categorie die wel gebudgetteerd is, hetzij te begrijpen welke uitgaven buiten budget vielen in de huidige of voorgaande periode. Los daarvan, een erg gebruiksvriendelijke app. ### 4/5 — Fijn, met één wens *2024-03-21, version 3.36.4* Echt een heel fijne app om aan budgetbeheer te doen! My problem is only one that I’m not able to remove the already existed categories. The flexibility of making my own categories are great but because I can’t remove the previous one, or if I did mistake. My categories now a bit cluttered. There’s option to hide the unused categories but it would be great if all the categories I have are the one I choose. Overall it’s great experience, with this option to remove categories, it would be perfect.
