The grateful app is one of those tools that truly is helping to bring goodness your each of us who use it. The app gives prompts, thoughts and the ability to spark your own gratitude. If you’re stuck thinking you don’t have anything to be grateful for, get this app! You’ll be unstuck in a flash!

The gratitude app is  portion of the I’m grateful for you mission. YOU are the biggest piece. I’ve been in one of the darkest hardest struggles in my life.  I’m not exaggerating! This mission that appeared beautifully in my life helped me pay attention to the small thing s in my life, to take a pause and appreciate what I really have!  This may sound cliche but the mission has been has not only been transforming to my life but has helped me help myself to pull myself out of my depressive funk. The app is fabulous as it’s the first thing I look at every day. It has a daily inspiration to think about what to be grateful for. What better way to start your day besides coffee to pause and be grateful for the things you have in life no matter how big or small?
