And then I go back and look and see the only on iMessage note. Mine wasn't working at first either but if you simply go to the bottom and click the A, the 4 squares when that pops up, go to store>manage, and then scroll down and toggle the new sticker pack on! Then touch the App sign (A) to left of text entry area that will appear. Swipe right or touch the 4 circles and your app will appear.
