Did you know that building a regular, robust gratitude practice can positively impact your happiness, relationships, & even your health?

When we read some of the scientific research on gratitude, we were amazed at the benefits. Still, we struggled to practice gratitude in a habitual way & brainstormed what kind of tool would help us integrate gratitude exactly how we wanted. This led us to design & develop Three Gems.
 
Each gem is meant to be formed in a way that is most meaningful to you. When we ourselves create gems, sometimes we add a lot of detail, other times, we make them sweetly simple and to the point. What we believe is key: authenticity over eloquence (though if you enjoy crafting eloquent descriptions within a gem, that is stellar, too!) Whether you create a gem to keep for your eyes only or to show appreciation to a loved one, it is the genuineness of your personal and unique style that brings the gem sparkle and life.

Ultimately, our app is crafted to be a digital tool that enriches your life beyond the screen.
