It does work. There is a contact to email Graton but it gets error. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-06-03, version 4.0.240709* I explored the app after loading it and entering my info. It opened a page that has no way to be closed. Now when I open the app, it’s on that dead page! We love your casino but honestly. Your IT department is lacking majorly. For how many weeks now , we are not able to see our reward points balance nor are we able to what tier level we at. All it says it’s under maintenance. Please help and fix this. We would like to stay at you hotel in near future. I never got my money back and I called them several times to tell them that. They just kept saying it’s your bank because we see that it says success on our end. Well it’s been almost a month and there still isn’t anything. Please fix your glitches in your system before having people use your app to put their money on. Investigate fully before saying “well it’s your bank” because it wasn’t my bank. My bank is very good at releasing funds.
