This App is absolutely useless. I am not able to login to my account on any of my devices...including my computer. I’ve tried everything...

This garbage program does not allocate tips appropriately. So upset that my company moved to this. Will never work for another company that pays their employees through this!

I don't like the new update!!!! It doesn't want to save my password and log in name and I have to log in every time I open it!!!!! And the app is keep crushing!!! Pls fix it because it's really annoying when you have to use it every day :/ 
The old version was much better!!!!

I don’t appreciate being forced to switch to PayDayPortal. Gratshare had its problems but for the most part was easy to use and read. PayDayPortal looks horrible, is less streamlined, and is more difficult to navigate. It doesn’t make sense for a company to force us to switch from a better app to a worse one.

I log onto my account using my iPhone 11xr and always states $0 earned. I clear me cache still $0 earned. I log into their non app site and font is too big and and the text is jumbled with other paragraphs. I’ve tried this on various browsers. The restaurant computer will correctly display my information.

It always seems to be a penny off everytime after tip out, yes it’s just a penny but if it keeps happening that adds up... what’s going on?

The app always tells me "wrong username and password" even though I just the same login on the mobile site, computer and LG tablet. Unfortunately the website calendar doesn't work on a phone so half the week is cut off. I've reinstalled this app multiple times and changed my password. Its been useless.

This app never works. It shows nothing for current or past shifts. Seriously, I just get a blank screen with the date every time I launch the app. Out of every 10 times I open this app, I'm lucky to get ONE attempt that works to show my tips. Extremely useless and terrible tech.

It doesn't let you save your password but everything else is perfect.

Keep getting error messages when i try to put in a start and end date.  It used to work, not anymore.  The calendar scrolling is a pain as well.

Would be enough to change the unusable calendar system with a classic calendars layout.
