Gratuity Calculator India helps you instantly calculate the gratuity amount you are entitled to under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

Just enter your monthly Basic + DA and either your dates of joining and leaving or your total years of service. The app computes your service duration, checks your eligibility, and shows your gratuity payout — with the formula spelled out so you understand exactly how the number was reached.
