Not an official app for Gravatar, I feel this should be made clear before purchase. The app doesn’t do anything other than show your Gravatar profile I assume by linking to Gravatar and free public records.

You are right - the application is unofficial. This is stated both on the application page in the App Store in the first line of the description, and in the application itself. 

Please contact Apple for a refund, as I have no way to cancel your payment.

It’s a bit of a rip off, impossible to use !

I apologize for the delay in response. 

Unfortunately, the official features provided by the Gravatar website do not imply authorization or account creation. 🙁 It is for this reason that the application’s capabilities are limited only to receiving information about various account details using the specified email address, downloading different types of the main image to the device, and sharing a link to your account. 

If this is far from what you expected, then I suggest you ask Apple for a refund of your money.
