### 3/5 — Could use more features for the price

*2023-01-10, version 3.0.2*

I wish this app could visualize music playing on Spotify on my phone. It would also be nice if there was a way for the app to visualize patterns by itself so I can just watch.

### 3/5 — Will this app be updated for iOS 11?

*2018-01-15*

I would love to use it again.

**Developer response:** We have now fully updated Gravilux for all modern iOS devices with a brand new user interface, supporting "Metal" graphics. Please check out Gravilux 3.0!

### 2/5 — Music Visualizer not working!!

*2016-03-09*

The "select song" button is highlighted but when I click on a song from my library, nothing happens. All of the other buttons (Stop playback, toggle color) aren't working, I can touch them but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong??

**Developer response:** We have now fully updated Gravilux for all modern iOS devices with a brand new user interface, supporting "Metal" graphics. Please check out Gravilux 3.0!

### 2/5 — This really needs to be updated!!! It won't work music anymore!!!

*2015-11-04*

Update it please

**Developer response:** We have now fully updated Gravilux for all modern iOS devices with a brand new user interface, supporting "Metal" graphics. Please check out Gravilux 3.0!

### 4/5 — Cool but has problem

*2014-01-12*

This app is so cool except that when you are in sucking mode (particles come to your finger) the colors don't change!! Please Fix!!!!!!

### 5/5 — More of an experience.......

*2013-07-13, version 2.1*

This is a stunning app. It's mesmerising and astonishly beautiful. I just love playing with it - especially when I want some privacy away from social chaos. Just get it. Most relaxing app and engaging out if the hundred or so I have....

iPad update. I use this on my iPad Mini now too and it works like a dream. And is as stunning as ever. Still my favourite app.

### 4/5 — Excellent

*2013-03-21*

This is a wonderful app that is very cool to play around with, but would be much better if it was updated to the current iPod generation.

**Developer response:** We have now fully updated Gravilux for all modern iOS devices with a brand new user interface, supporting "Metal" graphics. Please check out Gravilux 3.0!

### 3/5 — Good, but, Needs an update

*2013-03-09*

Please include the ability to play whole playlists instead of just 1 song in visualizer mode. (For iPod and iPhone versions as well)
Thx!

### 5/5 — Lovely with music

*2012-08-25, version 2.1*

Really enjoyed this on my screen when playing my music. Also fun to play around with and keeps kids quiet for ages

### 5/5 — Underrated.

*2012-08-06*

This is one of the coolest particle generators out there. So many options, very cool effects, sleek interface, and the particles dancing to your music library is mesmerizing. Love it.

### 3/5 — Not worth $2

*2012-06-12*

I think this is a great app, but the price just isn't right.

### 5/5 — Wow!

*2012-03-26*

Very interesting to sit down and play around with. Keep up the good work!

### 5/5 — Beautiful

*2012-03-25*

Looks amazing on the iPad with retina screen, even though the current version isn't technically retina ready. The music integration turns the app into a pretty good visualizer, too.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2012-03-03*

It's great when you're at your chillest moment. Enjoy....

### 5/5 — Josh:)

*2012-02-25, version 2.1*

I like getting all the dots and making them into one, then touch the one dot and it explodes :) its fun

### 3/5 — Great yet still a few issues

*2012-02-13*

I would have gladly rated this app 5/5 but due to an issue I encountered I gave it a 3/5, this issue is that the first time I used the music player with the particles moving to the music it worked fine but when I closed the app and reopened it and started it again the particles moved all over the place and weren't moving around the center like they were supposed to and when I do it manually it still does it the vertical setting doesn't even cause the particles to run down the center of the screen and even then it doesn't even collect in the same spot and is all over the place. The setting that makes it collect in the center of the screen in one spot doesn't work at all like it did before. Other than that everything else works fine and dandy like its suppose to. Please fix these issues I mentioned otherwise it will stay a 3/5 rating.

### 2/5 — hate upgrade

*2012-02-09, version 2.0*

it used to be great, but the upgrade made it annoying and stupid, hardly use this game now, don't buy it...

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — save your money, way better out there!

*2023-12-29, version 3.0.2*

Not worth any money when there is dozens of free apps with real music and audio mixing functions, where particles or lines keep moving, varying speeds and colors, changing, accelerating, decelerating, morphing, etc. I deleted this bunk, want money back.

### 1/5 — NO LONGER WORKS IN iOS 11

*2017-12-10, version 2.1*

Fix

### 1/5 — Can not save 😁

*2014-11-12, version 2.1*

Seems good application BUT i can not save what i have done? Wasting money.
Sorry 👎

### 1/5 — The fact is

*2012-01-24, version 2.0*

This is a totaly dumb aplication, useless and pointless. Thanks God it was for free:)
For moron Huniper
Huniper, you are still enjoying this game now? Well, in this case you are an idiot and your life is very boring.

### 1/5 — Ditto

*2012-01-18, version 2.0*

Don't buy. This app, or anything else by this publisher. It's far inferior to several other particle apps, and overpriced... Then they have the nerve to ask for more money for a couple additional features, and turn this paid app into a marketing platform. Real crappy, guys.

### 1/5 — Are you serious?

*2011-12-14, version 2.0*

2 dollars for the app and another 2 for music visualizes? Screw that.

### 1/5 — Not ok.

*2011-12-12, version 2.0*

Are you kidding me? It's already two dollars and now we have to pay another two for some stupid plus? Come on guys. This is absolutely ridiculous. You just lost three stars right there.

### 1/5 — Kind of a burn...

*2011-12-11, version 2.0*

The same $1.99 will buy you gravelocity or pixelswarm, both of which are 10x deeper.
And then, the app aggressively pesters you to spend ANOTHER $1.99 to unlock a few more features.

This should be free, or maybe 99 cents at the most-sorry....

### 1/5 — Wow.

*2011-12-10, version 2.0*

Greedy freaks. I paid two bucks for an app I regreted. Saw the update and got excited. Oh boy! I get to re-buy the app! :D Guys. Pathetic. Deleted.

### 1/5 — Um. What?

*2011-06-07, version 1.3*

This app is cool for about 10 seconds. I read that others had options/settings. Not here...

It's $1.99. About $1.98 too much.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

Great app!!!! Please bring back Antograph!!!

### 5/5 — Easily the best particle physics app out there

*2021-11-04, version 3.0.2*

I used this app a lot about a decade ago. I’m so happy it’s back on the store again for me to continue to enjoy it. There isn’t anything else like it, it’s a one of a kind and simply the best. Thank you for making this app and updating it so it can continue to be enjoyed!

### 5/5 — ❤️

*2021-07-30*

I LOVE this app and am so happy it has been updated! Thank you!

**Developer response:** We have now fully updated Gravilux for all modern iOS devices with a brand new user interface, supporting "Metal" graphics. Please check out Gravilux 3.0!

### 5/5 — Much Better Still Needs Work

*2021-07-30*

Appreciate the developer responding to my rather negative review and appreciate them updating the app to actually be used but having been not usable for over nine years I have since found much better I’ll turn alternative replacements which just leave this app feeling rather useless… I need some more… just seems to be lacking… 😳📱

**Developer response:** We have now fully updated Gravilux for all modern iOS devices with a brand new simple interface, supporting "Metal" graphics. Please check out Gravilux 3.0!

### 5/5 — Yay!

*2021-07-28*

Glad this has been updated!

Dev team please note I couldn’t find it in the App Store today, I had to go to your website and then open the link. FYI!

**Developer response:** We have now fully updated Gravilux for all modern iOS devices with a brand new user interface, supporting "Metal" graphics. Please check out Gravilux 3.0!

### 5/5 — Update

*2018-01-19*

I love this app but it doesn’t work on the new IOS

### 5/5 — Such a cool app.

*2017-04-12*

This app is so cool. I'd hate to see it get taken down because it's not updated anymore. Please update!

**Developer response:** We have now fully updated Gravilux for all modern iOS devices with a brand new user interface, supporting "Metal" graphics. Please check out Gravilux 3.0!

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2016-06-30*

Everyone should have this app on their iPhone. Much like the "marble in a maze" that Apple previously featured in commercials, this is an app that really showcases the ability of a touchscreen phone. On the 6S now, but I've had this on my phone since the iPhone 3. Other apps have come and gone. This one stays.

### 5/5 — Amazing app - one feature missing

*2014-08-31, version 2.1*

Great app! Has tons of features and looks great! Would love to see support for music playlists as you have to choose a song every time one finishes.

### 5/5 — Loved it

*2014-08-08*

There's a lot of apps trying to accomplish what this one does, very fun gameplay, simple, and based around a central control scheme of gravity
