When i asked she said it was a 24 oz and i told her it was a 16 oz. She took the drink and i watched her walk over to the cups, picked up a 24 oz cup, poured my 16 oz drink into the 24 oz cup and filled the rest with ice!!! Are you kidding me!!! We have always had something go wrong our orders!! Our Pre-Paid card is empty so i guess we are moving onto a different coffee place!! I decided that it was time for me to become a rewards member and downloaded the app. At first I thought my phone was glitching but no. Now that the app is back up I’ve been charged for my gravity membership (beginning of February), but can’t use my benefits because it hasn’t updated showing that it’s on a new cycle. Just stuck on last cycle. Also, bought a gift card, loaded it in the app, used it a couple of times and it wants me to put the PIN back in to use my remaining balance. What?! I always toss gift cards so now I just can’t use a $30 balance?! As much as I like the coffee, this is getting to be too much! ### 1/5 — Surprised at reviews *2024-02-17, version 1.0.1* This app is incredibly inconsistent and very difficult to connect with someone when it’s not working. I’ve been working with someone through IG as I haven’t been able to log on for 3 months. I receive a nifty notice to contact tech support - where does one do that? Contact information should be linked on the app. Without being able to log in I can’t cancel my subscription that I’ve been charged for but unable to use. I tried going on the website but of course the area I need to access is covered by the “order online” banner (at least on mobile). By the time I get home I’m not thinking about logging onto my laptop. It also shouldn’t be that difficult. Btw, this inability to log on has happened a lot before but never for this long of a stretch. And yes, I’ve deleted the app and redownload multiple times (which worked before - again, shouldn’t have to, though). ### 1/5 — Gravity, get it together y’all. *2024-02-06, version 1.0.1* I love Gravity Coffee, and have been such a fan of their drinks and style. But this app is an absolute mess. Constantly down, and not just down for a small period of time. We’re talking days two weeks. we pay for the gravity club through subscription and we can’t even access our benefits and to order a drink. For the longest time, you couldn’t even login due to text verification. Then, when it magically started working again, I couldn’t order a drink because of software errors. This is the third time this app has gone down in the past 12 months. And you can tell that there is zero communication within the company because every time I try to talk to the barista, none of them have any idea, and they just keep referring me to corporate office, who also is completely nonresponsive. it’s obvious it’s not the baristas fault, but at some point some transparency about this app needs to be made. If Another major coffee retailer had even a fraction of issues with their app, the world would go wild and in would be fixed. It’s crazy because you can see such a disconnect on their social media when they announce new stores and different states but hello, can’t order drinks from their app because it’s down…yet again. Seems like the app is working again as of today, but you couldn’t paint me shocked if it went down again for yet another few to several weeks. ### 1/5 — Really Frustrating App *2024-02-01, version 1.0.1* I’ve been using the Starbucks App for years and now I know why. This app is frustrating and not user friendly. Why can you only have one gift card at a time? Why can’t you load a few and then combine them onto one card? It allowed me to preorder my drinks so when I went to lunch for work. After the holiday break, I tried to use it and it has been down for almost a month now. It’s unfortunate cause we were also able to visually see how many drinks we had until the free one. Now it’s back to ordering in person, waiting in long lines and not knowing how long until the free drink. It was great until the past month. That’s why it’s 2*. Plus it hasn’t been updated in a year so just be aware that either this app could be down and not functioning. It was good while it lasted. ### 1/5 — Something’s wrong with app *2024-01-24, version 1.0.1* I absolutely love Gravity coffee, so I was super excited when I heard about the app. However that did not last long. I swear there is always something wrong with the app!!! The most recent incident being I haven’t been able to log in for the last month and have tried everything on my end to fix it. I tried looking on their website for contact info but they don’t have it listed on their website. A few months ago I lost my ability to redeem my free drinks through the app and when I asked an employee about it I was told that it's a common problem, and that to redeem the free drinks I have to order in person and tell them I have enough points for a free drink. If I had the time to sit there and order and wait for them to fix my drink, I wouldn't be using the app. I need the app so that I can order ahead of time and just pick it up. Now, the app no longer allows me to order food through it, unless I want a rice krispee treat or a bag of sun chips. I have a very busy schedule as I work full time and go to school part time, and being able to grab a coffee or an energy drink and a bagel sandwich on the go was really convenient and now I don't know what the point is. If the free service is this bad, why would I sign up to pay $10 a month for two free drinks I can't redeem and items I can't order? ### 1/5 — Unable to use my rewards *2025-08-16, version 1.0.2* App keeps crashing or will not allow me to log in even after deleting and re-downloading. I always get a weird flurry of sign in failure. It is also very easy to select options that seem clear to you but do not communicate properly to the barista. For instance if you select a combo of espresso and white coffee shots on the order, the drink will always come with only white coffee. What’s the point of the app. Fix it ### 1/5 — The worst app!!! *2024-10-22, version 1.0.1* I got this app because I had purchased a 200$ gift card so that I can preorder drinks and pick them up. Ever since I got the app over a month ago I haven’t been able to use it once. I put my gift card on my account which was easy but when I hit order it popped up an error saying “terminal not found” that went on for weeks trying to preorder. I gave up for a little while. Thinking it would get fixed. When I went back on the app to order it says they need my pin for my gift card. So I put it in multiple times and now it’s says invalid pin… But my card will still work at the store. Please fix this!!! ### 1/5 — Inconsistent and should be deleted *2024-10-16, version 1.0.1* Continues to have problem with adding gift card. When the gift card does work, it stops working when there is a low balance even though there’s cash on it. I stopped paying for the membership because the app doesn’t always work to get the discount. I had to order again and pay for it. Now, it’s been a few months and every time i try to log into the app with my number, it just said “Sorry for the inconvenience, please contact the technical team.” The thing is, WHAT TECHNICAL TEAMMM i've looked all over the gravity website and there’s no email to contact anyone, you can only subscribe to receive emails from gravity.
