The coach is also super helpful whenever I'm unsure about a certain move. The workouts are diverse and can be tailored to your preferences, and the meal plans are really useful. May need to do this 2 times before it starts. Sometimes it will not even start the routine, will get stuck on downloading routine and just stay at some percentage. Then need to stop and start again. This was a very good app before. I gained a lot of strength with it and lost over 20lb! All these current issues have now put me off the app. Contact support and they keep saying it’s an issue with their server provider ? I mean, I can empathise but for how long?
