I got into a car accident!!! I have emailed support several times no response. Contacted the support chat barely any responses! They don’t give you information on anything!!! It won't let you sign up at all. I input my info on the signup page and followed the guidelines for the password, but it refused to accept my password. I even used Apple's "create your own" strong password feature, yet the app still claimed it didn't meet the requirements. I do not recommend especially if you are attractive, or if you are blk. Again, the employers are permitted to use their pre knowledge of the WORLD to judge your performance and block you from working there in the future. I’ve worked jobs and made zero mistakes, smile on my face, and consistently seeking more instruction.. nearly every place Ive worked was ran by non Americans, and they communicated is some way shape of form that they dis NOT want to work with us. In real time when a job notification posts I’ll click on it and it’s gone before I can even accept it. They have all my personal information including my SSN and I cannot find any jobs. What’s the point? ### 1/5 — DO NOT LET THEIR LOCAL ADS FOOL YOU *2024-02-10, version 2.2402.09* DO NOT RECOMMEND - you have to submit pre-recorded audition tape to work basic serving and bartending shifts. Don’t even have the decency to have a real interview for people they want to represent their agency. The communication is HORRIBLE. Takes several days to get a response. My account was disabled for NO reason before I was even able to pick up a shift. Took several days to get a response on why my account was disabled and they completely ignored the question and gave generic response that did not answer why my account was disabled if I never picked up a shift. If you are completely DESPERATE, do what you have to do. But if your looking for a professional business with atleast the bare minimum of customer/employee service, this is NOT the one. I normally never leave reviews, but it wouldn’t be me if I don’t warn people of this scam. ### 1/5 — Unable to see “Open Jobs” or communicate with chat *2024-01-02, version 2.2312.29* I downloaded this app and completed all the onboarding documents 3weeks ago. I’ve yet to see a single job even after immediately clicking push notifications and when I’ve tried to chat with someone on the app for help…. No one ever joins the conversation.
