Ugh, never has an app been harder to operate. Confusing, frustrating and a lot of going in circles. You get an oops button that doesn’t lead to the support and when you go searching for a support page it eventually goes to an email address. I didn’t bother, to be effective at winning an auction you have to be quick and smooth, and this app is neither.

Very good app, but there's been a bug on the home page for years now, on the auctions closing today section basically non of the listings work. When you select one it just states no results found. Very annoying.

Great app to negotiate.
Just a little frustrating when you’re reading the nitty gritty on a vehicle and the app refreshes and takes you to the top of the page your reading and not the exact thing that you’re reading.
Happens a little to often.
Otherwise very transparent.

Bid time keep starting again and again from 9 minutes when it is about to finish. It looks like fake bid sometimes. Time reset is a kind of doggy game.

Every time someone bids it resets the countdown timer back to 10 minutes again. I’ve been bidding for 2 hours on a car and it could go well into the night at this rate. Would definitely have been prepared to bid higher if not for this 10 minute idea. So frustrating

Do not buy anything. They are fraud. I ordered something. Didn’t get delivered after 5 months. When i called about matter didn’t have any proper answer. After 10-12 calls and 15-20 email they said we can’t do anything.
The parcel was delivered but we can’t share the details.

Overall experience altering accidentally updating the version of this app was a huge mistake! Trying to find the 3.41 version to re download and delete this newer version because it is so disorganised to use and takes longer to navigate then the previous version. Under my bids - active section for example- every single bid that is usually sorted by ending soonest at the top (structured) - it is all scattered. So if you’re bidding on 100s of items, to check on one item you then have to go through every single item you’ve previously bid on. What a huge mistake that was updating the app - and I know that they’ll lose customers that way.

The latest update (07/2025) has made a non user friendly app even worse.
Wrong items appear when selecting another. Items show up as closed but are still open. The search function doesn’t remember your previous preferences.
I guess that’s what Grays.com are best at.
