Great texting app for recruiters! App is easy to use and keeps me connected with my talent pipeline 24/7. Within a week of bringing Grayscale on board we saw a serious decrease in non responsive applicants as well as time spent following up due to delay in response or lack of response. Grayscale has elevated our conversation quality and ability to stay better connected with applicants in the office or on the go! No glitches or app issues. Hands down exceptional customer support; they really listen to customer feedback and invest in new feature development!
