## What is GraySNS?

GraySNS is a self-management app that reduces the stimulation of selected SNS apps by opening them in grayscale instead of keeping them completely blocked.

Choose the SNS apps you tend to overuse, show a Screen Time shield before opening them, then enter in low-stimulus grayscale mode. The app also helps you check usage-time changes before and after setup.

- Show a Screen Time shield on selected SNS apps
- Open selected apps in grayscale
- Monitor usage time for target apps
- Compare usage time before and after setup
- Re-shield after closing apps with Shortcuts automation

GraySNS is informed by research suggesting that grayscale smartphone display may help reduce usage time. It does not guarantee a specific result and is not a medical app.

GraySNS Pro starts with a 1-week free trial. After the trial, it renews monthly. Pricing, trial length, and renewal dates shown on the App Store confirmation screen take precedence. You can cancel anytime from App Store subscription settings.
