Blinds won’t stay connected for more that a few hours . I with I never bought these over priced pieces of junk blinds . Do your self a favor buy blinds that work with a sting they work every time which is more than I could say for these gray wind pieces of junk

The app has potential but is lacking basic ease of operation and there should be access to help. Took me hours to set up 4 motorized shades and then set timings. Then none of them worked because the shades were all offline. There is no troubleshooting that works and now they only operate with the remote.
It is also unstable and frequently crashes. 

I am happy with the shades and really hoped to take advantage of setting scenes but that is not possible until the app is fixed.

Disappointing. Kind of work for a year with the remote. Never could get the app to work right. Now the hub just stopped working and the remote only works on 2. Good luck trying to follow the video on pairing it. I’m lost.

Spent $500 on blinds for them to not work and the company was no help told me to buy a hub and buy a new Alexa and so on. For $509 I should not have to keep spending more money

I bought these blinds in hope of setting an automated schedule, but the remote resets the time daily at random times so it throws my set schedule off. I downloaded the app and I continually get “gateway cannot connect. Failure to save linkage setting.” No manual or how to connect to gateway, whatever that is. Worst purchasing decision ever. Do not buy.

BLE gateway pro gets deleted from devices constantly keeping my shades offline can only control through phone Bluetooth. Need to pair gateway through the app which its easy to do and works great for a few minutes, but the it gets deleted again by the app

I cannot have the app installed on 2 or more devices without it kicking all the others offline and having to logout and login again on each device. Also, setting up multiple shades on the same remote is an absolute nightmare to do. The power shade itself is smooth operating and quiet and I do like them. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!

This app and zebra blinds are fantastic however I think many people will have difficulty getting this set up properly if they don’t have decent technical skills. I agree the instructions aren’t as good as they should be but from a technical perspective most everything is very intuitive. You can adjust most everything through the app except I think the speed which is a simple adjustment using the remote. I have the BLE motor and Hub which is a bit tricky to set up at first but the Alexa and Siri integration works flawlessly.

Not understanding bad reviews. I fired this up, instantly found two motors and started to control them. Next, clicked a button to establish Google Home integration; again flawless. Super happy customer here. Will buy more Graywind curtains for our house.
