Not all the time it loads all the items and the exit icon (X) doesn’t appear. Even if the images don’t load please can we have an exit option as it freezes and I have to shut down the app properly and then find where I left of from! Apart from that an epic coverage of fashion, politics, beauty and relevant subject matters that are very thought provoking! The magazine has evolved since I first purchased it when it was released in the U.K. and not in a good way. It has came down in sophistication to what I get from other weeklies. Motherhood, celebrities, feminism, and typical royalty tat. Not interested. And have ceased my subscription. ### 1/5 — Unfriendly app *2019-03-12* Does not recognise one’s subscription easily. Kind regards ### 1/5 — Problem with payments *2018-12-10* I have an annual subscription which that app points out when I click on annual subscription but then when I try and download the latest issue I get charged £1.99. This is happening week after week. Please fix ASAP! ### 1/5 — Do not download the update! *2017-07-20* The previous version worked perfectly fine. After downloading the new one it logs you out and you have to follow extremely painful and unnecessary process to create a new account and log in. I have a 1 year subscription expiring in February and cannot access my account due to the fact that I don't know some lengthy customer number that was supposed to be provided in an email when I bought it in Feb this year. I have deleted that email and all subsequent spam fro Grazia. That means I cannot access the issues I paid for! Through my money away!!! **Developer response:** Hi there I'm sorry that you are experiencing problems with accessing your Grazia subscription in the new app. Let's get this sorted for you asap. Please can you email digitalmagazinesupport@bauermedia.co.uk with your name and postcode and we'll get you your customer number for you, so you can create your account and reactivate your subscription. We'll also be happy to extend your sub for a month FOC to say sorry for the hassles caused. We agree that the process of 'creating an account' in the new app for all customers who have previously purchased a sub via our own Great Magazines website is not ideal. However, in order to update the software and move the digital edition of Grazia forwards, we didn't have a choice and it was necessary. With the correct customer number it should only take a couple of minutes to complete the process. We have endeavoured to reach out to all customers affected and have emailed and sent letters in the post informing them of these changes.
