The app says that payments are processed by a company called PAY ONE, so possibly they are the problem? Whatever it is, please fix it! ### 1/5 — Schlecht gemacht *2025-04-22* Ticketkauf, nur mit Registrierung, Ticketkauf für Familie (andere) extrem kompliziert. Funktioniert nicht mal eben schnell. ### 1/5 — Zahlungsarten *2024-10-05* Zahlung nur mit Kreditkarte möglich, Deutsche EC-Karte, Paypal oder Apple Pay geht nicht. **Developer response:** Hallo! Danke für Ihr Feedback. Bei Zahlung über eine EC- bzw. Debitkarte muss ein österreichisches Konto hinterlegt sein. Apple Pay gibt es als Zahlungsart, die Bezahlung via PayPal wurde wegen missbräuchlicher Nutzung aber wieder eingestellt. LG vom Team der Holding Graz ### 2/5 — Kein Ticket ohne Registrierung *2024-06-13* Warum muss ich mich registrieren, um einmalig ein 24h Tickets zu kaufen? Für meine Begleitperson muss ich den vollständigen Namen und Geburtsdatum angeben. Es sollte nicht komplizierter sein, als am Automaten und auch keine persönliche Daten verpflichtend abgefragt werden. Ein einfacher Kauf ohne Registrierung mittels gängiger online Zahlungsmethoden wäre zeitgemäß. ### 1/5 — Stürzt regelmäßig ab und ist voll mit bugs *2023-11-23* Leider funktioniert die App überhaupt nicht so, wie sie soll. Beim Zahlen für Tickets stürzt sie regelmäßig ab, beim Ticketkauf kommt es zu Problemen wie z.B. dass die App denkt, man habe noch ein Ticket, obwohl dieses schon in der Woche davor abgelaufen ist, etc…. Aber am Schlimmsten war der Versuch, das Klimaticket in der App zu erwerben, habe es jetzt mehrmals versucht, leider immer erfolglos. Zuerst wurde mein Foto in meiner Gallerie von der App gar nicht gefunden, nach mehrmaligem Neustarten des Prozesses habe ich es dann doch geschafft, nur blöd, dass es jetzt einen Fehler beim Upload gab….selbes Spiel also wieder, mehrmals neugestartet, bringt nichts. Also einfach schnell ein Selfie mit der Kamera direkt in der App gemacht, bringt auch nichts. Nach vielen hin-und herprobieren hat es dann doch irgendwann geklappt, jetzt das nächste Problem: App Absturz während dem Zahlungsprozess…und was nun? Naja, nun lässt mich die App das Klimaticket gar nicht mehr kaufen (zuvor erwähntes Problem)….Also danke für nichts, wirklich, WIRKLICH grottenschlechte App, werde in Zukunft meine Tickets also wieder entweder manuell oder in der ÖBB App kaufen, das funktioniert immerhin! 1 Stern! ### 1/5 — Unmöglich KlimaTicket zu kaufen *2023-10-04* Es ist unmöglich ein KlimaTicket zu kaufen, da man beim Kauf ein Foto von sich hochladen muss. Allerdings akzeptiert die App nicht das geuploadete Fotoformat von iPhones. Macht überhaupt kein Sinn, weil man ebenso wenig die Möglichkeit hat ein Foto aus den Dateien im verlangten Format hochzuladen. 0 Gedanken gemacht beim Erstellen dieser App… **Developer response:** Hallo! Danke für Ihr Feedback. Es können auch Fotos im HEIF-Format hochgeladen werden. Wir haben den App-Entwickler:innen von Upstream bereits rückgemeldet, dass die entsprechende Anzeige bei den Dateiformaten nicht stimmt. Liegt wohl an eurer Schnittstelle und weniger an PP! 🤣😂🤣Wie arm ist das denn? **Developer response:** Hallo! Danke für Ihr Feedback. Die missbräuchliche Nutzung durch PayPal-User:innen ist leider nach wie vor möglich, daher kann diese Zahlungsart auch weiterhin nicht angeboten werden. Dann sucht man sein Ticket raus. Dann muss man sich registrieren. Dann muss ein Zahlungsmittel hinterlegen ( nein Paypal oder was praktisches gibts nicht ) also Kreditkarte rausholen wieder 4 Felder ausfüllen. Wieder zurück zum Ticketkauf dann noch die Tan Bestätigung für eine Kleinsttransaktion ( das liegt jetzt aber an meiner Bank nicht an der Stadt Graz) kaum 15 Minuten später hat man sein Ticket. Leider echt umständlich. **Developer response:** Hallo! Danke für Ihr Feedback. Die Registrierung ist notwendig, da Tickets personalisiert sind. PayPal wurde vor 2 Monaten aus Sicherheitsgründen als Zahlungsmittel entfernt. Selbstverständlich kann die App auch schon vor dem Graz-Besuch installiert werden. Neben dem Kauf in der App gibt es Tickets auch in allen Straßenbahnen, an etlichen Haltestellenautomaten und in mehr als 100 Trafiken im Stadtgebiet. The app takes you to your banking app for confirmation but crashes then or us stuck in endless loading. The worst is that sometimes it seems that the payment went through, but it didn’t! I was fined by a conductor today because the app showed no valid ticket after purchasing one!!! That was an expensive bug! Please fix the way the payment works!
