I go through the trouble to fill in all the data needed, and then it won’t allow me to submit it. Would be nice if it worked, but for now I’m stuck calling 311 instead.

The website makes you fill out all the information needed, and then when you click submit, it forces you to download the app and makes you register and restart the process. I’m trying to input something to improve the city and they’re forcing me to jump through these hoops and double or triple input information for any simple request. Absolute beginner UI engineering, just let us use the website to help the city, don’t force an extra app on us for a one time issue.

I just installed it but it closes on launch. I'm guessing it hasn't been set up for the new iOS (the same thing happened with other apps I've used before they were updated).

Great when it works, but it gives errors and crashes.  I finally gave up using it.

User interface needs updating also pot holes by address sometimes doesn’t work if you mark the general area where the pothole is to be filled.  I’ve had to resubmit current requests for the reason the pothole was not filled in.  

Hard to take photos of most of these potholes because they are in high traffic areas. So if could update the map to view street level it would make it more accurate .
