Instead, the spinning wheel animation takes over when it is directed to load them, and it does not load new questions. I have switched wi-fi networks, tried it in different areas of my house, tried the LTE connection, and uninstalled-reinstalled the app several times in an attempt to fix the problem if it is fixable on my side. It has not done so. Uninstalling and reinstalling sets progress back by a few questions; answering these questions causes the problem to come back. Based on this I now suspect that the problem is with the app itself, or whatever it is connecting to in order to retrieve the questions if the app is pulling them from some non-local storage. Though this started in the verbal section once it began it also showed up in the math section. This problem is massive, and makes the app quite literally unusable. There also does not be a way of resetting one’s progress, which is unfortunate. I had a run of questions where, due to my own tiredness at time of use and some of the design aesthetic of the app, I only marked one answer on questions that need two answers. This is obviously my fault, but nevertheless I don’t necessarily think it is indicative of what my performance will be on the actual test and see that count against me and drag my projected score down on the app is disheartening and demotivating. The app just simply refuses to create an account. I’ve tried logging through FB, through google, using personal email, school email, job email. I’ve tried doing it on my iPad, and on a friends’ phone/iPad, and it just wont create an account.
