My car insurance company couldn’t receive the payment though my account clearly had funds. Very difficult to get help due to their limited hours and locations. Do some research and look up articles about credit unions profiting from overdraft and other fees before you join. ### 1/5 — Great bank, worst banking app I’ve ever used *2022-09-10* I’ve been trying to set up online banking for the last week. When trying to set up the ability to transfer between the credit union and an outside checking account, I need a verification code to initiate the transfer. Okay sure, whatever. They don’t send it as a text. Instead they call, I answer, and receive a voicemail stating that they’re unable to leave me a code. Then the call ends. Unimaginably frustrating. They’re great in person but the app is borderline useless. ### 1/5 — Needs Access to my Location 24/7 to “send me location based offers”? *2022-07-24* That’s pretty disgusting and the app won’t let you use it at all without doing that. Highly recommend not using it since it’s now essentially spyware. ### 1/5 — Grrr! *2020-08-12* The app is always down and I can’t access my money, and at the most inopportune times too, like on weekends or after the credit union is closed; not to mention the credit union itself constantly and consistently having issues. I am not satisfied at all with this place. I’ve been very patient... 6+ years’ worth of time.
