Regretting that I ever decided to opt for them. *2025-10-04* They gladly accept your subscription, but then force you to use an inferior method of accessing and maintaining your policy information. They lock the user out of all policy information that needs to be accessed instead of allowing it via the normal web interface. The app has been completely worthless in this regard. I will never consider using this app or being a part of their scamworthy practices ever again. I’m stuck, unable to access anything, nor can I change any information related to my account.
