And even after taking photos of receipts it is not possible to use it for submission for car park points. Pop up requesting my permission for notification during installation basically covered my phone screen and blocked me from doing anything else. I had utilised 500 points to purchase a shop voucher, but when I physically went down to the store, I was told that the shop had terminated the promotion and was no longer accepting voucher payments. As such , I attempted to get a refund of 500 points since the voucher was no longer in use. Despite sending an email more than a week ago (on 31 September) I received no reply at all. The app is so glitchy that I can’t even log back in. The scan receipts stops working and customer service in spite of knowing this issue keeps rejecting the receipts if posted after 24 hours. This is related to the latest update App version 2.1.2 in iOS 15.5. What makes this worse is that Great World Rewards program requires submission of any receipt within 24 hours of purchase. Now the App function is completely not working, what will happen to our receipt submission and missing rewards points?? Please discuss with the management and get back to us. OTP screen just freezes after you enter OTP. Can enter OTP but cannot scroll screen to click verify button. ### 1/5 — GWC app *2021-02-10, version 1.0.7* It really bad, always prompt to download and when I did , I could log in but that’s about it. When you want to go back to mall it logs you out and you have to keep logging in. Terrible, you can’t scan your receipts at all.
