The app is good and works well for me. But the bank overall at least in my town is horrible. The workers are rude and they have messed up our bank cards I believe 3 times now. I’m only 15. They gave me a card which was technically illegal cause I can’t have a card on my own until 16. They fixed it but gave me a card that was linked to my brother’s account, and my current one doesn’t work again for some strange reason. Don’t use this hellhole of a bank.

This is the most pathetic app ever. In today's technology atmosphere it will make customers and potential customers look elsewhere. Once you get into the site, the basics are OK, but getting in is terrible. It is not updating with iOS updates, or even pretending to. 👎

Not intuitive at all. I see my friends banking apps and they can easily sign in and access their funds and transfer money instantly, and you can’t do any of that with great southern. Genuinely makes me upset.

So this app, to me anyway, was a 4-star experience before the last update. It was slow, but I’m in no rush to see my transactions or balance history. The biometrics always worked and I could transfer money back and forth between my accounts. However, with the recent updates, they have seemingly REMOVED features from the app instead of ADDING them. It’s incredibly inconvenient to have money in a saving account and not be able to access it because the transfer option is no longer available. That’s one of the biggest reasons I have the app in the first place, transferring between savings and checking. I sincerely hope this is a honest mistake and the issue will be resolved soon because if not I will no longer be using this service…

This app is stupid slow. It will bring up my accounts but if I select one to view transactions it will load for so long that the app times out and I have to log in again. At that point it’s just faster to log into the web version. The app is absolutely useless, just takes up space on your device.
