I have had the app for a very long time. Unfortunately, now it seems to be stuck on last weeks issue. Not able to access anything. I have paid a subscription valid to August 2022. Please fix this problem or issue a refund…

Had this app for a while and now after opening an addition reading a few pages it keeps crashing on me....why????
